Venue Rules & Regulations
Within this document is information for ALL exhibitors attending Eurocine 2026. It contains information on accessing the venue and the process for loading and unloading. The codes of conduct and licences which all exhibitors are bound by. The information required by any Exhibitors building their own stand. Health & Safety information and all technical data relating to Hall G.

Space Only Exhibitors
All Space Only Exhibitors must submit their stand plans together with the plan approval fee of Euro 200. Please refer to pages 3 & 4 in the exhibitor manual. Additionally all space only Exhibitors are required to order waste removal – minimum 1 cubic metre – see link to order form here.

These rooms can be booked subject to actual availability. Individual cancellation is free of charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival (2pm), a valid credit card is required as a guarantee of the reservation.
